Are you actively damaging your energetic field? Would you knowingly allow a strange spirit into your body? You may be doing these very things unconsciously if alcohol is a part of your lifestyle. So today we are looking at alcohol through the eyes of an ancient healer and let me warn you, it is terrifying. You have heard the conventional warnings about alcohol. At this point, we know the risks always outweigh any measure of benefit with the substance.
Speaker 1:Whether you look at studies from the World Health Organization or the American Cancer Society, it is now becoming widely accepted that no amount of alcohol is considered safe. We know that it is linked to cancers and other forms of dis-ease, not to mention some potentially unfavorable behaviors. Still, it is very much a part of many of our lives and cultures. Remember that as we talk about this issue, we are not offering medical advice in any way. We also are supportive of different forms of support that aid in the recovery of addiction. As always, this show is shining a light on the ancient ways of healing and is not meant to substitute any form of medical care. All that said, I wanted to know, through the eyes of the master healer, la Maestra Michelle, what we should know about our energy, body and alcohol.
Speaker 2:Assuming that people don't know that you have a field of energy around you, your aura, so to speak, and there's many sheens within the aura around you and there's an energetic system that is an operation in our spirit, in our energy around us, and that energetic system weaves in and out of the physical body, weaves in and out of the mental body, the emotional body, the sexual energy, that sexual fuel, and in the heart, radiance. And when we come into the world, we have a shielded energy field. On the outermost sheen is a shield and there are certain things that can make holes in that shield and when those holes in that shield are made, it's very difficult to repair them. It's very difficult to repair them and it's also then becomes very difficult to have an energetic boundary, if you will, and things can seep in. They can seep into your field and into your the different levels of who you are mentally, emotionally, emotionally, sexually, energetically, and so when you drink alcohol, you create small holes and if you drink a lot of alcohol, you create bigger holes in the shield and that opens you up for other spiritual dimensions, entities, spiritual dimensions, entities, things that maybe you wouldn't want to come into you, and it takes your defense down.
Speaker 2:The meaning of that word alcohol really conveys what it is spiritually. And when we look at, when we call alcohol, certain types of alcohol, we call it spirits. Yeah, because they're connected to certain spiritual energies and spiritual entities. And even if you drink very responsibly, even if you're not an alcoholic, even if you're not misusing alcohol, you are opening up your field.
Speaker 1:And for me I am a stickler, I do not drink alcohol- we touched on an alarming topic, so I asked Michelle to talk more about spirits connected to alcohol.
Speaker 2:We are spirit, we are energy, we are energy and we share the field, the dimensions, if you will, with other types of entities. Those entities are not always visible to everyone. They're not visible to people who are in the ordinary sight, but people who have opened up and have some gifts let's say people who can see the dead, or people who see ghosts they might not see it, but they sense the presence of something else Well, they're open up and they're tapped into these other entities, other energies, other spirits, if you will. And those spirits are like humans, in the sense of you have good ones and you have bad ones, you have ones that are not harmful and you have ones that are malicious. And so those are what you're opening the door to those spirits on this dimension and other dimensions to latch onto you and to create havoc. A lot of times to create havoc or harm in some ways or certain situations.
Speaker 1:Even when people begin to understand the damage that alcohol is doing, the damage that alcohol is doing, many often struggle to stop using it. I asked La Maestra what is the first step in the healing process when we've decided that alcohol should no longer be in our lives?
Speaker 2:The first step is to say I'm not going to consume alcohol. Or If I'm going to consume alcohol, I have to recognize that I really need to work myself energetically and protect myself and after I have a glass of wine, go through a ritual and a process of making sure that nothing latched onto me, that my energy field is shielded One, you would get the alcohol out of the way, out of the way to that, you would come in and begin to work the sheens of your energy field and really repairing any energetic damage that has been done from alcohol or anything else on your field and really strengthening that energy field through your intentions and through your psychic sight of recognizing and looking in on what is attached to you. It's very interesting when you do that work Like me, I do that work with other people and it's really interesting what they will see like parasitic type energies, snaky type energies, a different kind of like blobby, like a pus types of energy on people. And when you see that psychically from your own higher mind, your own higher sight, you definitely want it off of you and you definitely need to remove it off of you and so a lot of it is through in our curandera ways. You would tap into some ancient wisdoms there and you would use your baths, particular kinds of baths. You would do the visualization you would burn there's a fire, burn that you would do to really cleanse the energy field.
Speaker 2:In this sense, it's really nice to have somebody to do it with or for, because you're really getting into the field of that person, the energy field, into the cocoon, if you will. You know you're looking at a cocoon of energy around a person and you're in that cocoon cleaning out any entities, any energies, anything that has latched on, any parasitic energy, any spirits, and then you're doing your cleansing and shielding and that's really the process of cleansing yourself. And then it's a recognition of honing your energy and saying what kind, what types of things do I want in my field? And I do want to be protected, because when you're not protected energetically or those holes have been made, you lose a lot of force, you lose a lot of power and then weird shit starts happening and you're trying to figure out why is this happening, what's going on, what has latched on to me? You bring it into your home, you bring it into your kids and your family and again, if you could see it on a spiritual level, you would never do it.
Speaker 1:As one begins to understand the damage that alcohol may have done, it's worrisome to think about how long it could take to repair the spiritual and energetic wounds it may have caused. Is recovery on this level going to take years?
Speaker 2:caused. Is recovery on this level going to take years? Like, let's say, somebody were to come to me, it would probably take a couple of sessions if and I want to say if they're doing their part, meaning if they're not they're not drinking anymore, if they've made a decision like I'm not doing these things because I really want to clean my field and I want to get this and I want to get it solid again. Now, sometimes the holes that have been made with the use of alcohol don't shut, and that's a sad part. Alcohol or drugs sometimes they don't shut and so that person is without that shield and blasted open. So the solution or the good news with that is that there are techniques and things that they can do to constantly be cleansing and working to create protection around them different tools, different items and with the power of their mind. But sometimes it's blasted open and you can't get back. You can't get back to the original protective shield that was given to you when you came into this planet.
Speaker 1:It's frustrating for anyone trying to kick a bad habit or recover from an addiction to feel like they keep coming back to their vice. Why do we keep turning to alcohol even though there is so much information and even our own anecdotal evidence telling us that it's unsafe?
Speaker 2:They're trying to numb something out or they're hiding from something. And I say it takes the mental strength. It's a mental flex, it's a mental capacity to realign yourself and remember who you are and how much power you have. It takes a hell of a lot of power to struggle. It takes a hell of a lot of power to struggle. It takes a hell of a lot of strength to be in pain and despair and mental illness. It takes a tremendous amount of strength.
Speaker 2:So if you can channel that strength in a different direction, that's an ancient method. Is you channel that strength somewhere else? Ancient method is you channel that strength somewhere else. But all of that comes into the mental capacity and the desire to really say whatever my mom did or my dad did, or whatever struggles we had with poverty or whatever lack of love that was given to me, or whatever dysfunctions my parents were or my grandparents or my culture or whatever. It doesn't matter. I am who I am and I come to hold this power and this strength and this beauty and these gifts and this talent. So it takes a little bit of it's a little exercise to get to that place when you're in the pattern of hurt and instead of turning to the alcohol and being like, oh, my husband cheated on me and I can't deal with the pain of it is stop drinking yourself. Just stop drinking the pain away, because it is not going away. Just have to come back to it again and have another glass of wine tomorrow.
Speaker 1:And what does?
Speaker 2:that do to the energy field. So it's that thing of recognizing. Oh my gosh, yeah, I can do all of this through the power of my mind and I can really shift where I would say let go of the past. Because when you have those hurts that are blockages, they're energetic blockages then you're not a vessel for the light, the light is being blocked from the flow, your heart is being blocked from flowing. That love is being blocked from flowing because you're operating in the frequency of fear and in this congested, restricted place underneath the whoring, is that pain. It's not the force, right? It's not our force.
Speaker 2:And if we could just shift into the remembering like, oh, I am the force, wait a minute, I am the force. Without it I can't exist. So I am that force, so I'm going to be in that force and I'm not going to let the things that other people do dictate what I am. Why would you let that poison in you? There's shit going on and things that happen all the time where all of us could be alcoholics. We could just be numbing ourselves out because, my God, there's so much going on.
Speaker 1:Western medicine has its way of addressing addiction, which is important in its own right, but there are other ways. What might a curandera do to help a person cut ties with addictive substances?
Speaker 2:I have a platica, a talk with them. It's a spirit talk, it's an alignment talk so that they can remember who they are. And I would do that and I would definitely do a cleanse on the person. In energetic limpia, a cleanse. There are different methods to do cleanses for different purposes, and so I would do a limpia, I would do a banyo, I definitely would use the elements and our wisdom ways to produce certain frequencies for that person so they get that jumpstart to get out of whatever it is that's ailing them and whatever it is that's attached to them.
Speaker 1:Working directly with a skilled and trusted curandera absolutely would be best, but in the meantime, after hearing La Maestra's perspective on alcohol, I suspect that people won't want to wait. What ancient ways can people utilize from their own home to help heal themselves from the energetic and spiritual damage of alcohol?
Speaker 2:When you remember who you are and you're looking at yourself from the level of your higher self, your soul, of that part of you who is made in perfection, in the essence of a creator, and you don't have to be religious, but you're that light. If you will, let's say you're not religious and you're like I'm an energy force. And what is that energy? And you look at it and you say I'm remembering who I am. It's that alignment, that mental alignment. A lot of people are talking about it now In the new age realm. There's a lot of scientific study going on about the power of the mind, about the heart radiance. All of these are ancient methods. They're nothing new to those of us who are medicine people, who are curanderos, who have been seeped in this wisdom ways. This is nothing new. It's just that they're taking it and putting it into science and putting it into practice and kind of in the mainstream. And when you, if you're tapped into some of those people, like, for example, let's say, greg Braden or somebody like Dr Joe Dispenza, they're telling you things that the ancients have always done. And so when you remember who you are, then you're stepping outside of being a victim of anything. Your understanding comes from a different place. It comes from the higher frequencies, it comes from the spiritual. Come out of the role of a victim and you come into the role of a master of who you are. There's nothing that's going to. It can't destroy you. There's no event that is going to destroy you.
Speaker 2:It doesn't mean we don't hurt. It doesn't mean it's a superficial positivity. It's a toxic positivity. No, we hurt. We have the whole array of emotional ingredients and mental ingredients and physical ingredients, as every other person on this planet. So it doesn't mean that we don't hurt. What it means is that we don't stay there or that we create the dual consciousness in which we're able to manage, thrive, survive in anything that comes at us and we can transform all of it. So those are the mental things. It's a mindset thing. When you're positive, this is, as I've said to you before, that's partially part of a picture and we do have to be in a positive mindset, not to pretend life doesn't happen, but for us to be empowered for ourselves, not for anybody else.
Speaker 1:We know that alcohol is a massively profitable industry. There is certainly money to be made from it, but based on this conversation, I worry that the reason alcohol is so strongly pushed upon us might be a little darker. What's going on here?
Speaker 2:The why is because if you're dumbed down energetically, you're in control by someone else, you are not in your highest frequency and you're not tapping in to your greatest potential and you're just living in the matrix, in a dumbed down place. It's by design that this is happening. If we were in our highest potential, this planet would be the ways, the paradigms would be completely different. And so it is by design. Pop culture is by design to just keep you in a kind of dumbed down space and you don't question. If you're dumbed down, you don't question.
Speaker 2:Why is it that I'm working for 40 years, from nine to five, like a slave, and I get two weeks off for vacation and that's my joy out of a year for all of the years of my life, and then I dropped dead. That's not how we're meant to live. We're meant to live in a totally different way. It doesn't mean you can't work. It doesn't mean you don't want to work. It's just that there's different ways of operating and creating. But when you're dumbed down, you just follow the agenda, you just follow the social norms. This is the way it is. This is the way we're supposed to be. This is how you do it. This is what you do. Oh my gosh, it's terrible. It's a terrible thing and it's by design to keep you in those lower frequencies.
Speaker 1:And there's so much more to that story. This conversation likely challenged many people as much as it illuminated their knowing on the matter. Michelle has some final words for us to consider.
Speaker 2:When you remember who you are, remember that state of being is bliss and in that bliss you are connected to everything and love is abundant and full and and it is the love, is the magic, and with that you can manifest and create and heal and transform everyone and anything around you.
